Mother- Elsie Marie Devibliss-Seibert Father- Joseph Eugene Seibert Wife- Willow Marie Phelan-Seibert 2/24/1931-Flagstaff Az Daughter- Elizabeth Ann Seibert-Redman 8/28/1958 Mesa Daughter- Rebecca Sue Seibert-Davidson- 7/31/1959 Mesa Son- Joseph Erin Seibert- 10/10/1960 Mesa Dad was a Staff Sargent in the US Air Force. He was stationed in Korea, Barksdale (LA) and Davis Monthan AFB AZ. He met Mom while in Tuscon. They married and lived in Scottsdale while Dad worked for Motorola. In 1963 Dad was hired by Nasa and we moved to South Houston TX. He retired from Nasa in 1996 and began working for McDonald Douglas at Johnson Space Craft Center. Dad retired for good in 2003 and he and Mom moved to Litchfield Park Az. After a few years they decided to move to Newport TN to be near their middle daughter, Becky.
